At the end of February the girls had their belt testing in Taekwondo. L received her orange headband for performing her form correctly.As a tiny tiger they have a teacher do it with them to help them remember their form in case they forget. L didn't need much prompting and performed all of her movements strong.
Here is the Tiny Tiger Class that tested.
After the tiny tigers performed their form and one steps the older classes performed. K was testing for her camo belt. She performed her form in front of the panel of judges and did very well.
She then performed her one steps. This is where she does her moves against a would be assailant, in this case a green punching dummy. After everyone tested, the panel then gave out the results. K passed and received her camo belt.
There was a huge number of students testing for their belts that night. We were there from 5pm until 7:30pm. There was a dinner after at our favorite Chinese restaurant but we went home to get ready for bed instead.
